I am a USCG Licensed 50 Ton Master Captain for hire in the Saugatuck
Michigan Area. I have more than 30 years experience on the Great Lakes,
Atlantic, and Caribbean running vessels up to 110 feet in length.
I have been the Chief Engineer on a Florida Keys
research and salvage vessel, Captain of a sunset cruise, and driver for
two offshore powerboat racing teams. I am also an experienced marine
technician and a certified diver.
I've been teaching
people to operate powerboats for more than 25 years. Working in the
marine industry has given me great customer service skills and the

time to clean up and get ready. Don't forget to
carefully inspect your fittings, hoses, clamps, and
anything else that can leak. Some new dock lines are
never a bad idea either. Don't rush to float your boat,
nothing worse than having it fill with water because of
one failed $2 dollar hose clamp.
